A free 45-minute educational and supportive workshop designed specifically for pregnant and postpartum women who want to feel strong, confident and informed throughout every stage of motherhood. Hosted by Emily Jones, a Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Exercise & Nutrition qualified personal trainer and coach, in conjunction with PureGym Chester

Clear, safe support through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

The session will provide practical, evidence-based guidance on:
  • Safe and effective exercise during pregnancy
  • Postpartum recovery and a gradual return to training
  • Prenatal and postnatal nutrition to support energy, healing and overall wellbeing
  • Emotional and mental wellbeing during the transition to motherhood
  • Building a strong and supportive network

The workshop will finish with an open Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

This event is open to both members and non-members of PureGym Chester, and is suitable for women at any stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery. Come along to learn, connect and leave feeling empowered in your journey through motherhood!
