Level 3 Personal Trainer

Emily is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer. This ensures she is fully insured and able to adapt your training based on form, performance, and fatigue.

Women’s personal training is available online or in person, both including tailored strength plans delivered via your free Everfit app. You can also contact Emily anytime via WhatsApp if something isn’t working or life gets in the way of your plan.

Here are some of the most common questions I get asked about personal training and how to know if it’s the right fit for you.
Do I need to already be going to the gym before I start?
Absolutely not. You just need to be willing to start. My coaching is designed for women at every stage of their fitness journey, including complete beginners. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you grow from there.
I’ve never lifted weights before, is that okay?
100%. Most of the women I work with have never touched a barbell before. I’ll teach you proper form, build your confidence, and support you every step of the way. No judgment, no intimidation.
I’m really busy, how much time do I need to commit?
We’ll build your plan around your lifestyle. That might be 2–3 sessions a week or even short workouts you can do at home. You don’t need hours in the gym to see results. You need consistency, support, and a smart program.
What results can I expect?
You’ll feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of your body. That might mean building muscle, improving fitness, reducing stress, or just feeling like yourself again. The physical changes are a bonus - the mindset shift is the real magic.
What happens in the initial consultation?
It’s super relaxed. We’ll chat about your goals, your lifestyle, any injuries or fears, and where you’re starting from. This is about creating a plan that actually works for you.
