Panthera PT Gym Plan - App Only
1. The Service
1.1. Panthera PT provides a self-guided 8-week gym training plan delivered via the Everfit third-party application.
1.2. The subscription fee is £40 per calendar month, payable in advance.
1.3. The training plan is updated every eight (8) weeks. The Client is responsible for their own progression through the provided programme.
2. Cancellations and Access
2.1. This is a monthly rolling subscription. The Client may cancel their subscription at any time via the platform.
2.2. Upon cancellation, the Client will retain access to the Everfit app and the current training plan until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
2.3. At the end of the final billing month, all access to the Everfit app and any remaining weeks of the 8-week plan will be terminated.
2.4. Refund Policy: All payments are final. No partial or full refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the training plan or subscription month.
3. Health, Safety, and Liability
3.1. Physical Readiness: The Client warrants that they are in good physical health and have no known medical conditions that would prevent them from participating in an exercise programme.
3.2. Assumption of Risk: The Client understands that participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the potential for physical injury.
3.3. Waiver of Liability: The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the training plan. Panthera PT shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during or as a result of following the programme.
3.4. Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for their own safety, including the correct execution of movements and the suitability of their training environment.
4. Data Protection and Privacy
4.1. All personal information collected (including contact details and health data) will be kept strictly confidential and stored on secure, encrypted platforms.
4.2. Panthera PT complies with all obligations under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
4.3. Data will only be used for the purposes of delivering the service and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.
